I tried my best to make a fresh, homemade Greek Spinach Cheese Pie made vegan. The results were literally out of this world. You can buy the dough, make the wheat variety or the gluten-free variety. I offer 3 choices and demo 2, the filling is amazing and is so "eggy and cheesy"! You'll adore it!
