I have a new intermediate yoga class that is beautifully designed. A chance to flow and find freedom.
We'll start by tapping into the rich resource of yourself. Connect to your intention for the class and begin awakening your kundalini energy and life force. Using circular motions to awaken your body slowly, finding new areas to breathe into. Allowing time to find space and freedom. Release neck and shoulder tension, find length in your side body, mobility in your spine. Open your heart and leave whatever doesn't serve you on the mat. Take time to strengthen your whole body while finding length and balance. A chance to open your hips in lizard, pigeon and even go into the splits with a few variations if you are up for it. We'll journey into side plank with a fun challenge, dance a little into dancers pose. The class winds down nicely and is done before you know it. I LOVE this class and know you will too!
