This yoga class starts with breathwork and a well rounded gentle warm up to ease into the day and into the practice. Yet before you know it you are flowing and holding for what seems like it won't end. This class builds a fire in your legs and challenges your mental strength to carry on. Take breaks if needed yet do the whole class and see how good you feel. Overcome obstacles with a good mindset and grow from them both on and off the mat, becoming stronger.
