The class begins by tuning in, warming up your full body nice and slow, building your inner fire, your agni and putting that fire to good use while you release and flow, tapping into the rhythm of your breath. The class winds down with gentle stretches and twists with a beautiful savasana with readings to help you on your path. By the end you'll have moved your full body and may feel you are glowing from the inside out.
