You are invited to join me in a Breathing Meditation Practice. This is something that Gerald and I take part in during the morning and evening as part of the Kriya yoga practice. It’s also done in many other forms of yoga and spiritual practices.
We’ll start with Alternate Nostril Breathing. Another name is Surya Bhedana Pranayama. This balances the Ida and Pingala Nadis. We've both felt more balanced and calmer as a result. After 12 rounds we'll move to sushumna breathing. At the end you can sit in meditation, read, journal, practice yoga... go about your day. Length? 11 minutes. Enjoy my friends.
In love and light, Namaste,
Christa
