Join me in an absolutely delicious and delightful yoga practice. It starts off very slow, you warm up nicely, build heat, gain flexibility, have time to practice fun things like half-moon, warrior 3, the splits, shoulder stand, plough and headstand. This is a well rounded practice that will take you on a journey of the body, mind and soul. An inner moving meditation. Walk away feeling Zen, calm and peaceful. Take a dance of the body mind and spirit. Be more connected to the now, what is, this moment, at peace with it. The way it’s built you are relaxing, then building heat, then slowing down to gain flexibility, then challenging yourself, then relaxing again. It’s wonderful. The breathing practice at the end is a nice meditative way to close and experience your energy. It’s the cherry on top. Enjoy my friends.
