Relax into a new Hands-Free Yoga Routine that gives the shoulder, neck, wrists and arms a break and focuses on core and leg strength.
Extended holding, lunges, balancing, core work and deep stretching take the class from a beginner’s class to an intermediate.
The class starts off nice and slow, has a restorative warm up sequence, a chance for a good burn and then winds it all back down leaving you feeling refreshed.
My husband practiced with me last night to spot check the routine. “You’re a natural honey!” What a sweetheart.
This is my FIRST yoga class after obtaining my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification and I am excited to offer many more that are mindfully structured.
If you are seeking restoration, rejuvination while obtaining strength and flexibility then you may adore this new 40 MInutes Hands-Free Routine.
I created it when I injured myself about a month ago. It caused me to take a break and come at things differently, a way to keep my practice but heal. Let me know what you think.
